To listen we need to be still and silent. Through the daily practice of meditation, we can learn to calm the mind, strengthen our heart and develop our capacity of intuition. As our intuition increases and our meditation deepens, we are able to become more identified with the rhythm of nature both in the outer world, and within our own selves. Our dedication to the transformation of our own nature is the most valuable contribution we can make to the transformation of the world around us.

Find a positive way to be of service to the well-being of the environment around you. Any action, however small, contributes to the healing and regeneration of the living world. Plant new trees, cultivate your garden, reduce food wastage, be more energy efficient: if each person were to take a few steps, the world would be transformed overnight.
